Whatever helps you plan: the names and ages of the children, a due date, who else is coming along, the look they are after. Questions can be short answers, dates, choices or tick boxes, and the answers stay on the booking for you and your team.
Write a weather note for your outdoor sessions, for example that a wet day moves the shoot to the next fine one. Clients read it on your booking page before they book, and they can move their own booking online up to the notice you ask for.
Yes. Offer your studio, an on-location option or both. When a client picks on location, they add the address and your travel fee is added to their total.
