Per-seat pricing that starts low
Zolmi START is NZ$35 a month for the first staff member and NZ$5 for each extra one, billed monthly; on a yearly plan, paid up front, it is NZ$25 + NZ$4 a month. PRO is NZ$50 + NZ$9 a month.
An honest comparison.
Switch from Zolmi to Porchlight.
Zolmi prices per staff member and starts low: START is NZ$35 a month for the first bookable staff member and NZ$5 for each extra one, billed in NZD (its pricing page does not say whether GST is included). If the lowest price per seat is all that matters, it is hard to beat. Porchlight’s case is different: one flat price for up to 8 staff, reports, stock and gift vouchers on every plan, and support from New Zealand.
The facts, checked November 2026
